Volume add-ons are available through all regular channels. Customers can increase their pool of print jobs by purchasing additional volume add-ons. Some organizations print more than others on a monthly basis. If your print usage will exceed the included capacity, additional print job volume is available to be added to your organization’s pool. See the Product Terms for details about Students Use Benefits and Academic Programs. *Student licenses that are provided through the Student Use Benefit program do not contribute additional print jobs to the pool. Unused print jobs expire at the end of each month. For example, a subscription with 1,000 licensed users will have 5,000 jobs per month available to all users. Each Universal Print license* includes 5 print jobs per month which are pooled. Universal Print comes with a pool of print jobs that are available to all users who have a license. The standalone subscription does not come with, but requires, Azure Active Directory. Universal Print standalone subscriptionįor customers without a subscription that includes Universal Print, the service can be licensed standalone.

If you're representing a verified academic organization, you may qualify for free student licenses through the Students Use Benefit included in your subscription. If you see Universal Print included with at least one of your licenses, and you still cannot access Universal Print after 24 hours, please contact support. It may take up to 24 hours to gain access to Universal Print after purchasing and assigning an eligible license. If the Universal Print Service Plan is included with one or more of your product licenses, ensure that the appropriate licenses are assigned to users who need Universal Print access.Check whether Universal Print is in the Service plan list.Navigate to "Service plan details" in the left navigation menu.Navigate to Azure Active Directory > Licenses > All products in Azure Portal.

If you're having issues accessing Universal Print even though you have one of the above licenses, make sure at least one of them contains the Universal Print Service plan. All users, including administrators, must be assigned one of the above licenses to use or configure Universal Print.
